Ownage time's 508! [BASED OFF UMAIRSCAPE][KBD][JAD][BANKING][EATING][AND MORE]

Here is my new 508 server based off Umairscape

* Jad area (Click on Watchtower teleport)
* KBD area at ::kbd
* 90% banking
* 30% Collect option on banks
* Most mapdata
* Working specs
* Working barrage
* Working crystal bow
* Eating works
* 50% Trade
* Working vengeance
* Working logout
* Working chat
* Added mod and admin signs
* And much more...

I will fix and add more in V2

It looks like style X, but and 100% Umairscape, but there can be a small change in the code lol ^^
